I have some difficulties related to Easy Bookin system. What should I do?

Feel free to contact our support team, if you need any assistance related to our System. Our support team answers within a working day. If you are lucky, you will even get an answer within a few minutes.

Please check the following before you create a ticket:

– Make sure you are running the latest version of the plugin and the latest version of WordPress;

– Check our Documentation for the answer to your question;

– Disable any additional 3rd party plugins you may be using to see if it fixes the issue. Mainly, issues happen because some other plugins do not release updates, and it arises plugin conflicts on the website.

What Does Support Include?

Our support includes help to use the system correctly, configuration, and any bug fixes that may arise. Unfortunately, we cannot provide support for customization or 3rd party plugins. Can I translate the my page?

You can translate the booking form using the built-in feature, visual translator.

Can I use Easy Bookin for my business?

Yes. Seeing as our booking system is custom-made it can be tailored to suit a wide range of businesses. If you run any business that requires customers to make bookings and reservations, we can develop booking software to meet your needs and requirements.

What support do you offer once the booking system has been installed?

Can our customers enter discount codes through the booking system?

We incorporate a dedicated discount code module into all booking systems. This enables you to generate codes and enables your customers to apply them when making their bookings online.
